These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kealba Congregation scheduling application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is an internal administrative tool used by Kealba Congregation to manage meeting schedules, assignments, field service reports, announcements, and (where enabled) territory records. It is provided solely for the internal use of the congregation and is not a general-purpose public service.
Access to the App is limited to members of Kealba Congregation and other individuals specifically authorized by the congregation. Accounts are provisioned or approved by congregation elders or the person responsible for administering the App. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate congregation purposes, and not to:
While we aim to keep scheduling and assignment information accurate and up to date, the App is provided as a scheduling and record-keeping aid only. It does not replace direct communication with congregation elders or ministerial servants, and users should confirm important assignments directly where there is any doubt.
The App may rely on third-party services (for example, SMS gateways, video conferencing, mapping, or URL-shortening services) to provide certain features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms.
The App and its underlying software are provided for the internal use of the congregation and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside of that context without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kealba Congregation and those who administer the App will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, including where a person is no longer associated with the congregation or has violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
